Our contractor, Tina Marie Humphrey, demands only the best for her clients. When she used Poly Pro Window & Door Company for our new home, we were confident it would be done right. We were not disappointed. They made personal contact with us early on and were available for questions and provided wise counsel every step of the way. The PolyBau windows we have are some of the finest available. The amazing thing is that our house is “whisper quiet” even when the high ocean winds are blowing outside. They have features that make them easy to clean. They are attractive inside as well as outside and they operate smoothly. Our doors are beautiful and fit well with the custom features of our home. We were particularly pleased with two pocket doors, one with mirrors on both side and one with translucent glass. We love our pantry door with a bundle of wheat etched on the glass. Our mahogany front door, etched glass for the door and side panels is constantly getting compliments from neighbors and guests. Both Donna and Jeff are always available to answer questions or provide assistance. Their good service has been one of the things we have appreciated most of all.

I was introduced to the Poly Pro Team based on a recommendation from a contractor who was building our new home. When I met with Jeff McBrady I did not pull any punches. As a general contractor I had a good idea what I wanted and how to get there. My first question was, "Why should I use you and not go to Home Depot?". I'll give you my answer now that I've worked with the Team...service, service, service. Unlike a big box store, he was able to fulfill my order quickly and accurately even, in one case, when the current manufacturer went out of business...
